[GVA] Emergency ISP network maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Geneva cloud location, performed the emergency maintenance of their network with success. The actual works took 16 hours.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a packet loss occurred along the interconnect and, by extension - at our GVA location.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Frankfurt cloud location, is performing emergency maintenance of their network. The actual works are planned to take around 28 hours in total.
