CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our backbone ISPs performed a scheduled maintenance of their network. During maintenance, our provider carried out software module upgrades on the routers sustaining their network infrastructure.

IMPACT:
For the duration of the maintenance activities, the cloud traffic was rerouted through one of our backup lines. No impact was observed on any running services.

It is important for CloudSigma and our ISPs to perform such maintenance to ensure the quality of our services and we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers in Geneva cloud location is planning a scheduled maintenance of their network. During maintenance, our provider will apply and activate software module upgrades on the routers, sustaining their network infrastructure.

IMPACT:
During this time frame, the traffic will be rerouted through one of our other lines. No impact is expected on running virtual machines, hosts, private network accessibility and/or any other running services.

It is important for CloudSigma and our ISPs to perform such maintenance to ensure the quality of our services and we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
