[GVA] API Server Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Geneva cloud location was performed successfully. The actual works took no longer than 1 hour in total.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were not able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption in the web interface occured.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Geneva cloud location. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 2 hours in total.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption in the web interface may occur.

IMPORTANT:
A couple of weeks ago, our payment processor advised us that their system would require additional details for the users while processing online payments - State and a phone number.

Up until now, you were meant to add only Country, Town, and Street address. With the new regulations, the payment processor also requests your state/province. That is why we will introduce one more option under the Control Panel > Profile section of the WebApp called “State”. You will be able to update your personal information by defining your State/Province after the upgrade of our API. The phone number can be defined at any time, as that option is already present in the same section of the WebApp.

Please make sure to add the relevant information under your profile information to ensure the flawless processing of your online payments. If the additional required information (State and Phone) is not present by the end of January, the payment processor will be unable to process your online payments in February.
