CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Geneva cloud location, is going to perform a planned maintenance of their network. During the maintenance, our provider will perform a software upgrade on their interconnection platform.
The previous message indicated a potential downtime of up to 240 minutes. However, this will only apply to the specific ISP (DE-CIX) undergoing maintenance. We would like to assure you that due to our network redundancy, our network administrator will re-route traffic through our secondary line, which will not be affected by this maintenance. As a result, no service impact is expected.
