CloudSigma would like to inform you that our data center operator in Geneva performed scheduled Power maintenance where our cloud equipment is hosted. The maintenance aimed to upgrade the total electrical capacity of the building. All scheduled tasks took 11 hours in total.
There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services as our equipment is fully redundant.
While it is important such maintenance to be performed to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
