[GVA] Emergency Backup Storage Cluster Upgrade

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the emergency maintenance of our backup cluster was completed successfully. During the maintenance, we changed some failed drives part of the cluster.

All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, the work of the backup cluster was not impacted, and it was functioning as normal.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are going to perform emergency maintenance of our backup cluster. During the maintenance, we will be changing failed drives. All scheduled tasks are expected to take 52 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
No service impact is expected for the duration of the works, other than a slight increase of the I/O operations.
